About Us

The Adirondack Park was created in 1892. It is the largest park in the contiguous United States - about 3 times the size of Yellowstone National Park. Nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains lies SnowGreen Valley, ten minutes from the Adirondack Northway Rt 87 Exit 21. It sits in the hamlet of Lake Vanare on Hidden Valley Road in the Town of Lake Luzerne, NY. SnowGreen Valley is a forested area with a logging history, snowmobile and horseback trails, and is surrounded by a “resort residential” community. During the Covid 19 outbreak Lake Luzerne was a very safe place to be. Our area gets very few, if any, problems from hurricanes, tornados, floods, draughts, crime, or other natural or man-made disasters. Quality of life is exceptional as are health care options.

There are advantages of living in SnowGreen Valley! The Adirondack Mountains offer four seasons of activity! Nearby Lake George is the “Queen of American Lakes”! Lake Placid, host of the Winter Olympics (TWICE!), is a short hour and a half drive away! Saratoga Springs, with its world renowned Race Track, is only a half hour away!
