The settlement at SnowGreen Valley is, at this time, being designed for its infrastructure, roads, utilities, and building parcels. Community building covenats and restrictions of appropriate nature are intended to protect the environment and property values. Roads within the development are designed to be private roads creating the possibility of a gated community.

In Phase 1 the building sites are approximate 2 acres in size. Parcels will be $150,000 for approximately 2 acres.

Much of the development will be open space for owners enjoyment as biking trails in the summer, cross country skiing in the winter, or hiking trails all year long.

A common area is set aside for the neighbors to build a community center, pavillion and/or a community pool.
